Hello! My name is Ms. Parr and this is my very first year teaching. Prior to the start of my teaching career, I worked in the Ag field in various different disciplines including feed sales, meat production and live animal production. Most recently I worked for Southern States Farmer's Cooperative in Farmville, Va.
I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016 with my BS in Animal Science. Currently, I am working toward my Master of Agricultural Education at Virginia Tech. I graduated Amherst County High School in 2013. I also attended Amherst Middle School as a student.
In my time off, I enjoy working on my family farm and starting my own herd of cattle.
I am very excited to be home here at Amherst Middle School!
